A year ago, having visited Nerja once and having fallen in love with the place, we decided to have a look around the area for a suitable property. Lisa was the only Estate Agent who responded in a way that we would describe as " appropriate " to our e-mails from UK and moreover, had an extensive list of suitable properties ready for viewing on our subsequent short stay in Nerja. Later, after we actually decided to buy a property, Lisa provided fantastic " after sales " service.
This went well beyond the call of any duty in assisting us ( two non-Spanish speaking Britons ) with general advice on the legal and financial aspects of the transaction and by recommending very reliable local agents to assist us in that regard. We can honestly say that we believe you'd be very hard pressed to find another English-speaking Estate Agent in the Nerja area as straightforward, honest and helpful as Lisa.
Yanni has been a real gem too - for example by responding to our urgent cry for help when our water heater sprung a leak over one weekend ! It goes without saying that we would recommend El Faro Property Services & " Yanni the Plumber " to anyone, as nothing is too much of a problem for either of them. We'll definitely be using their services in future.
