We had the pleasure of working with Yanni Balamatsias as a
general contractor for a reform on our property in Torrox Costa.
I
have over 20
years experience
in property development and by
far Yanni was the most
professional person I have
worked with in my career.
Yanni became more of a " partner " on the project asking excellent questions to assure that the end product was exactly what we
wanted. He also discussed areas and ideas that we had not thought of that greatly enhanced the finished product.

Timelines and design concepts were maintained thought the project. I cannot tell you how refreshing this was! I could write volumes of accolades however all one has to do is look at his finished products and you can see the attention to detail. When we were introduced to El Faro to purchase our property, we were taken with how friendly and helpful Lisa was in helping the process go smoothly.
So when we needed to improve the property it seemed logical to use
Yanni to do the building work, and it proved to be the right choice.
Yanni did a brilliant job in getting the property back in order, the quality of the workmanship completed to a high standard and finished when
scheduled.
