Our lawyers will also tie up any loose ends e.g. changing the electricity and water into your name after the sale has been completed. If you decide to buy a property through us we will also apply for your NIE with you, which needs to be done before you, buy a property here. Also, you will need to open a Spanish bank account, we will come with you and arrange all this while you are here in Spain to insure everything is arranged for your property purchase.
Do you need a mortgage to buy your property?
